Made a same-day appointment to figure out why our heat stopped working. Kris was timely and thorough in his triage, repair, and informing us of the issue. While he was visiting, he saved us money by showing us how to replace our own whole-house filters, and did our spring tune-up while visiting - saving time and money. Charlotte Mechanical has always been quick to resolve any issues and glad they stand behind their work (they installed our new system less than a year ago). Thanks Kris and team!

Charlotte Mechanical was recommended to me by my mom. She reported a positive experience. I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion on my HVAC problem. I was able to get an immediate appointment and the tech arrived promptly. The tech, Kris, was exceptional! He thoughtfully listened to my explanation of the problem and was thorough in his diagnostic process. He was attentive and unhurried, leaving nothing unexplored. He demonstrated that he was knowledgeable and experienced with HVAC systems and by the end of the day, I had a written report of the problem along with videos.
